Specialised funds management

MFM seeks to exploit a perceived shortcoming in returns with respect to the New Zealand retail investor base.

By developing and implementing specialised products, MFM aims to provide investors with enhanced long-term returns, and/or capital protection, on their savings by investing in a diversified portfolio of high yielding assets.

MFM is currently marketing to habitual investors a structure with sustainable, long term, high cash flow and low capital risk. Pre-tax returns are expected to be in the order of 13-15% per annum.
